| Last month, President Bush signed landmark legislation focused on reforming the nation’s child welfare and educational systems. Please join us for a forum on the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008
and learn its implications for educational stability for young people in Connecticut foster care. Hear from young people, national experts, statewide advocates, and Connecticut policymakers as they discuss the need for educational stability and the strategies that will help children and youth achieve it. |
